구독(Pro 및 Agency)은 해지할 때까지 매월 또는 매년 결제 기간이 끝날 때 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 대시보드에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 후에도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 다시 청구되지 않습니다.

일회성 구매(Photo Pack 및 Lifetime Pro)는 갱신되지 않습니다. 사진 크레딧은 만료되지 않습니다.

환불은 Paddle이 처리하며 환불 정책에 설명되어 있습니다. 요약: 구독의 첫 결제는 처리된 사진이 10장 미만이면 5일 이내에 환불받을 수 있습니다. Photo Pack 또는 Lifetime Pro는 사용하지 않았다면 5일 이내에 환불받을 수 있습니다. 갱신 결제는 환불되지 않습니다. 중복 청구와 당사 원인의 잘못된 청구는 항상 환불됩니다.
