有料プランは、Photo Pack（有効期限のない写真クレジット100枚分の一回購入）、Pro（月払いまたは年払い）、Agency（月払いまたは年払い）、Lifetime Pro（限られた数の購入者に提供される一回購入）です。各プランの現在の価格と内容は料金ページに記載しています。価格は米ドルで表示しています。お支払い金額は現地通貨で表示され、現地の税金が含まれる場合があります。

当社は今後の請求期間の価格を変更することがあります。新しい価格が既存の購読者に適用される前にお知らせし、変更がすでにお支払い済みの期間に影響することはありません。

当社は本サービスの無料機能をいつでも変更、停止、または終了することがあります。

当社の注文手続きは、オンライン再販業者であるPaddle.comが行います。Paddle.comは当社のすべての注文における販売代理人（Merchant of Record）です。Paddleは、請求、決済処理、売上税およびVAT、請求書、返金、ならびにお支払いに関するすべてのお客様からのお問い合わせを担当します。

サブスクリプション（ProおよびAgency）は、解約されるまで、月単位または年単位の各請求期間の終了時に自動的に更新されます。ダッシュボードからいつでも解約できます。解約後も、お支払い済みの期間が終了するまで有料機能をご利用いただけ、再度請求されることはありません。

一回購入（Photo PackおよびLifetime Pro）は更新されません。写真クレジットに有効期限はありません。

返金はPaddleが処理し、その内容は返金ポリシーに記載しています。概要：サブスクリプションの初回のお支払いは、処理された写真が10枚未満であれば5日以内に返金できます。Photo PackまたはLifetime Proは、未使用であれば5日以内に返金できます。更新時のお支払いは返金されません。二重請求および当社の原因による誤請求は常に返金されます。

当社は、メタデータの編集を含むいかなるデジタル成果物も、お客様の期待を満たすこと、または検索順位などの特定の結果を達成することを保証しません。

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
